THE BIG CLOTHING SWAP
The library hosts a big clothing swap! You can bring up to 7 garments that are clean and in good condition. They do not accept tank tops, graphic tees, or anything from SHEIN or Temu. Bringing in garments happens on April 16 & 17. You deliver garments & receive a receipt to bring on Saturday the 18th, when the big swap happens!

This dramaturgical seminar will explore how accessibility tools can serve as artistic methods, focusing on Saša Asentić’s approach to the “aesthetics of access”. Participants will learn from Asentić’s collaborative, disability-led work, which understands accessibility as a foundational material condition shaping a work´s aesthetics.

This talk examines the stylistic patterns related to gender and social class in two gay male subcultures: drag queens and bears. In both groups, challenging gender is conveyed in large part through challenging norms associated with social class. The talk presents a framework for understanding how sexual and gender minorities innovate new linguistic and stylistic patterns. FREE event.
